Strawberry Lemonade Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound (about 2 cups) strawberries, thawed from frozen
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
1/2 to 3/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
3 cups cold water or sparkling water
Optional: pinch of salt, mint leaves, lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
Add strawberries to a blender or food processor and purée until smooth.
If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the purée through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add the strawberry purée and cold water. Stir well. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
Refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices or mint.
